If you haven't yet crafted a profile of what your target customers, we work with you to develop this. This is a reference point that all other work hangs from. Knowing who you are selling too saves a whole lot of time, money and effort later. 

The profile of your customer is used to determine the market potential for your product or service. We use statistical databases to estimate market size in dollars, and highlight key locations where these customers live.


simplicity & clarity

Great value propositions combine two things: they are simple (even if their underlying products or services are complex), and they clearly articulate their companies value to customers. We stress test your product with you to really understand why you are different, we boil this back and make it simple to understand, and we make sure it clearly articulates what value you really provide your target customers.

REDUCING customer effort

When customers reach out to you for your product or service, the last thing they want is for this experience to be harder than it should be. Now there have been many books written over the last few years about "going the extra mile" for customers.
