Power and projects we’ve moved

Deregulating a national energy market

  • Led the transition of a national electricity market from monopoly to deregulated.

  • Built the commercial structures that let utilities, regulators, and customers all move forward without blowing up the system.

  • Created the foundation that later underpinned large-scale EV and distributed energy programmes.

Designing large-scale hybrid generation

  • Built concepts for 750 MW and 500 MW hybrid plants blending turbines and BESS for primary and backup power.

  • Balanced capex, fuel cost, emissions, and resilience over realistic lead times rather than vendor fantasy.

  • Produced bankable technical/commercial narratives that capital providers can underwrite.
